Team rebuilding - Coaches get active!

Hello all,

I have been very disappointed with some of the game shape and training minutes being given to some of our current and potential players.

As a coach looking to improve the team, any established player below average game shape will not be played in any games. (this does not include young potentials being trained)

Further, the young gun potentials that are being trained well will be given preference in minutes compared to the old horses that are no longer being trained. Hoefully this leads to further training on the young guns and a stronger team in time.

There a plenty of countries with a similar roster to ours, however proper training and good coaches have helped their teams prosper, ours needs a few teams to step up and train a gun.

The financial incentive is there. Having a NT player on a emerging nation like ours is fantastic for your teams progress (eg a 50k player would make our team, where as a 150k+ player would be required for most other teams).
