New ideas.. with young team

Ok...our guys, who are at the moment 20/21 years really have no chances; so I wanna try a long-term-project. We start now with players, who are 18/19... we really (!) train them, and then lets see what is possible in 3 seasons...

Big mistake. With 18 and 19 year olds we will only be a good sparring partner for all 2 seasons for everyone and we will fall a lot in the ranking list. 18/19 will certainly get the training they need. But you are the coach and your word is last

you're totally right, we wont win a single game this season; but if you have a look to our 21y guys and to our opponents, you'll see, that we won't have a chance with our best team, too. Let's see, if it works next season.
