With a huge home win over the mighty Swoosh team from Fukuoka the HeadHunters are now 17-2 and in 1st place.The crowd of 19,628 stayed until the buzzer sounded in this 102-75 classic. The HeadHunters also have the top record in the JBBL, which could be huge in the playoffs. Lastnights game was full of emotion after losing to Swoosh in his house earlier this season. Annabale and Hagar set the tone early with huge 3's and Pablo and Canencia did the damage in the second half. With 22 points, Annabale was one of 6 HeadHunters who scored in double digits but the game ball was split into two and given to P.Pablo( 15 points and 17 rebounds) everytime Swoosh cut it to under 20 it was the big Argentine who made bucket after bucket. And Canecia( 16 points. 7 rebounds, 7 assist and 3 huge blocks) this kid was all over the court. After falling to 2-2 at the beginning of the season, even the mighty Sharman punks were having their doubts about this team, but now on a 15 game JBBL win streak...Look out..The Headhunters are looking like Champions...
