Ooo this is an interesting question. What do you consider “low” OD in this league for a perimeter player? Like, anything lower than Strong is a big liability?

No doubt. He probably had someone with bad OD guarding him, the GE loves to go after low OD, but who really knows, because as you said, its all over the place.
