@ Kalebam,

Wat wil je anders gaan doen?

@ F7

What do you believe went wrong in the last campaigns?
What can you add to team Holland?
What resume can you show us?

Only in the dark, we succeed!

I believe that Holland was a really good team with nice core. In my opinion this team had to go at least in second round. But it didn't. The truth is that a big part of the roster is kinda old.i mean they are the best players but they are too old. Maybe it would be efficient to add some younger players near to some players with experience. I believe that additions with young players plus more scouting of the other countries will help to achieve our goals. I use to have a team that make it in first division of Greece but I left the game for 3 months due to some problems before few years. I had an experience on this game and I am watching nt games often. I had work in 2 national teams with my team that I use to have but it was countries with not a lot of abilities even though we make some wins. Furthermore, I would like if I voted first to have an assistant so if anyone is interested he can tell me.thats all

F7,

I asume you are sincere, so i give you a sincere answer to your application:

We are a small nation with even less managers. But the manager who we have, are mostly really devoted to help in some way our National Team. Besides that we also have a strong core of managers who are oldies in this game with much ingame experience in top leagues and National level who are also willing to manage our NT. Even i would put me as candidate if i would believe a foreigner would be our Coach because of lack of candidates. And i know a couple of managers who think the same.

So please dont get your hopes up and i want to advise you, if you really want to manage a NT, to apply somewhere else..

Good luck, and take care,

Maupster
