what are your goals for the next two seasons?

Hard to say without knowing the skill of all your players
But from a quick look at the rosters (salaries, dmi, playing position etc) and the groups... France u21 is in a though position.
Hungary u21 has greatly improved in the last 3 season, in s56 they lost the European final to "my" (i was Davide's right hand, feel free to ask him) Italy team and in s57 they've reach the semifinals of the World Cup. Furthermore this season they have a strong bigman lineup (2 100k, a 80k and a 70k) it's a bit harder to judge the exterior players but I'm willing to bet that they're pretty good too
So realistically France is the second best team in Group D, this means that realistically in the second group we/you'd face:
Germany (with HCA), Italy, Spain and either Lithuania or Israel (+ the 2nd placed team in group B)
That a though though group... a veery very hard but a must would be to qualify for the WC Repechage

how are you going to focus on the training of 18-19 players and the finishing of players aged 20-21?

Depends on what the manager would like to do and what he can do
There are way too many options to discus and it changes on a player by player basis
If you want a very very general thing
1on1 forwards on those under 2m
IS on classical bigman
SB on defensive bigman
And IS or 1v1 on SF
But it's much more complicated than that

what are your favorite tactics and your 5 ideals for these tactics?

I don't have a favourite tactics, although i do have tactics that I don't like (Princeton, FCP, Box defense), I usually try and get the best out of the team

what are your medium/long term goals on BB?

Just have enjoy myself, train players, win a couple of u21 trophies ;)

Les objectifs sportifs sont assez compliqués à définir pour l'instant.
Je ne vois pas comment on peux espérer de vrais bons résultats dans l'immédiat avec un effectif aussi déséquilibré! Gagner avec 12 intérieurs...c'est impossible. Heureusement, impossible n'est pas français! On va prendre ça match après match.

Pour la saison prochaine, j'espère qu'il y a plus de diversité chez les 20 ans, et qu'on pourra faire mieux qu'une élimination dès le début du second tour, qui me semble très décevante pour une nation avec autant de managers.

On va inciter à la formation et essayer de donner de la visibilité à l'équipe à travers une comm originale (donc c'est pas moi qui écrirait) et bienveillante.

- comment allez vous axer la formation des 18-19 et la finition des joueurs de 20-21 ans ?

Moi j'aime bien la défense! Donc pour les exté le classique 1vs1 AS/AF pour créer de l'aspiration avant de monter la DE. ensuite au cas par cas suivant le profil de départ et les possibilités des clubs.
Pour les intérieurs et bien... Moi j'aime bien la défense! Faire en fonction des possibilités économiques des managers, donc bien souvent des profils complets, avec JS Dribble Agilité, pas trop de rebond.
Après soyons réaliste, les manager auront toujours le dernier mot et l'idée est de les aiguiller vers des profils performants qu'ils pourront garder sur le long terme, c'est à mon avis le seul moyen de les garder motivés tout au long de la formation.
J'aime bien jouer avec 2 AF mais bon évidemment un gros pivot bien bourrin je dirais pas non.

Je ne pense pas qu'il faille donner une seule direction pour tous les jeunes français de toute façon. Donc on s'adapte et surtout on discute avec les managers pour être sûr qu'ils soient en accord avec le développement de leur joueur et aillent au bout !

Pour les gros potentiels qui en valent la peine, j'encouragerai la formation pour les A. Pour moi ça n'a pas de sens de rusher une formation U21 au détriment de l'équipe A.

Look Inside! A un moment ca marche quand même bien, surtout quand on a 12 intérieurs...
En défense de l'homme à homme la plupart du temps, sauf si il y a une bonne raison de passer en zone.

Je trouve qu'au contraire ils devront être d'autant plus sérieux car rien n'est acquis.

I have no idea if these are the targets at the start of the u21 or at the end of the u21, I'm hoping they are the targets at the start of the u21, but still, they are soooooooo bad

When is he going to play? He doesn't have remotely enough JS-JR to play an exterior attack and Is 10 is decent but no where near ideal!

Not enough defence, both OD and ID are low, not enough IS to play as a SF, and if you want those defences he needs way way more offensive power

AF
He's going to get destroy by the opponents big man, expecially in the rebounding aspect, he would be much more balanced and a better Power Forward if he had - 1 ID and +2 RB

You don't need ID 18 at the start of the u21 season, he'd be better of with IS and ID switched

don't see how we can hope for real good results in the immediate future with such an unbalanced workforce! Winning with 12 interiors..

I'm not sure you know this, but you still have a week to call up and cut u21 players
So if there's 12 big man in the roster it's cause DunkerJoe wants it that way
Whether that's cause he wants to hide how good his exterior player are, or these are the best players, or he just fancies playing with the, only he knows

But yeah.. I'm sure these 16 players won't be the 16 players that will start the u21 season ;)

Ceci dit, c'est bien de dire qu'on mérite mieux, vu le nombre de managers, mais je suis bien placé pour savoir que cela ne suffit pas face à des communautés nationales même plus petites mais bien plus soudées qu'en France.

J'ai lu comm' originale, OK, mais ça ne coute pas cher à écrire.


Concrètement, comment fais-tu pour redynamiser la communauté FR autour des U21 et notamment sur le long terme (sans langue de bois) ?

Question sous-jacente mais indépendante de la première : 1 mandat ou plusieurs envisagés ?
