Chunk Finish With League-Best Record in Season 8

In spite of closing out the regular season with a meaningless road loss, the New York Chunks matched their previous season's record of 20-2. For the third straight season, and the second in Division USA III.7, the Chunks will enter the playoffs with a league-best record and home court advantage. The Chunks have also finished their third consecutive regular season without a home loss, extending their home winning streak to 33 games in the regular season.

The Chunks will be facing Renegades in the opening round of the playoffs, and this game will not be taken lightly. The Chunks have won all four previous meetings against Renegades, but experience has shown that Renegades is not a team to be taken lightly and the Chunks are expecting a tough playoff game, even at home. The winner of this game will advance to play either heavily the favored Deitys team or Taki Boys, a team in its firt season in Division III.
