I have a center named Han Ruoqing (53366055). I have been training him in ID for about 5 weeks now. The only thing that has been upgraded has been his experience. I don't understand why he his ID hasn't been upgraded yet. His current ID stat is prolific (11). I'd like it to be higher. H's potential is allstar. So I don't know if that plays a role into it. Please help cause I'm starting to thing training is absolutely useless in this game.

Trainer level? Single or multi position training?

There are multiple factors that contribute to training speed, including his age.

Training is also mainly influenced by age and your player is already 25, which is quite old already. At that age I would expect an ID pop to take around 5 weeks with a level 5 coach, so your player must be very high and probably will pop with the next training.
