Nice to meet you, My name is Ido!
I will start by introducing myself and then talk about my plans.
I have played this game now for many years, during them I have coached Israel u21 NT for many seasons,
leading the team to a world cup final and 2 European cup semi finals.
Then I coached the senior NT as well for 2 seasons. During those seasons I trained in my team 3 HOF trainees in order for them to lead my team for when I will run for the national and international titles.
Eventually, I managed to win the B3 last season and reach the quarter finals in this one!
However, I came to realize that I had the most fun during my time in the u21 NT, and now I want a new challenge!
So I thought for some time and decided to try and coach a foreign small country and try to lead them to success!
Sweden seems like a great opportunity, having a good amount of users the can produce nice draft classes, and combined with my experience and knowledge of how to build great teams, even with limited resources (Israel isn't very big as well), I think we can have a great journey together!
In addition, I can get Israeli coaches to help train Swedish players in their teams alongside their Israeli trainees, which will help us boost the team quality a lot.
In anyway, cooperation with your community is needed in order to either train or sell the players you drafted.
I have asked the current coach, rufferto, in advance, and he said that we should give it a try!
I believe that by season 75, when the draftees of this season will be 21, we can be very competitive.
