Okay, I’ve held this in for a while but I’m done staying quiet about it.

Is there ANY way to get an NT coach removed other than waiting for the next election? Because our U21 is being run into the ground right now and honestly it doesn’t even look like incompetence anymore – it looks deliberate. Every single game the lineup makes no sense. Best players sitting, weird tactics, decisions nobody can explain. You don’t lose like this by trying. A whole generation of our youth players is just getting wasted week after week and we all sit here watching it happen.

And the worst part? We’re stuck with him. He got the job because he was the ONLY candidate. Nobody ran against him, so the election basically handed him the team on a plate – and now we’re locked in for two full seasons with a guy who’s actively hurting it. The whole “automated process” that’s supposed to protect us did the exact opposite.

So I’m genuinely asking the GMs: is there really nothing that can be done here? Do we just have to sit on our hands and watch until the term runs out? That can’t be right. If a coach is clearly tanking on purpose there has to be some way to step in.

I suspect you are going to need to bring the u21 national team in-house. One of your motivated managers will have to enter as a candidate for season 74. Start contacting managers of 18 and 19 year old prospects and explain the long term ambitions and training plans, if the current manager is as bad as you say then it's doubtful they will have been in contact with their own training plan's anyway.

Yes, the manager is doing a poor job for you guys but looking at it he got 5 votes out of a small community of 42 without even bothering to post a low effort u21 speech? Is there really no one in that community of 42 that had any concerns of handing the keys over to a random manager with not even the bare minimum effort to acknowledge the community he was a candidate for?

Best wishes to Austria, it is a shame to see the team in such a state. Hopefully you guys can band together and get it sorted.

Training a player who you think could make our u21 National Team? Message me to check in with progress towards the team.

The manager was literally recommended to us, so thats why he got the votes. But I get your point, we made our own bed and now we have to sleep in it, it is what it is.

I would like to see more flexibility though, but seeing the state of the game rn thats a pipedream ngl.

I agree with you. A guy that's always playing a center even in pitiful gameshape is not seriously running the team. The manager popularity system works but maybe there should also be an action even when they're is no backup candidate (early elections, or even an automated lineup). Automated lineup doesn't sound great but it's better than actively damaging.

Austria U21 situation has been noted to the EGMs. It does seem like a change of coach is needed indeed.

Thank you for your attention on this matter.
