Maraming salamat ulit sa pagboto sakin bilang NT Manager, last stint was difficult, the NT may be silent but its always hard at work to improve the NT.
Now the transparency report.
As per the last checking ng pool natin ng players, mas dumadami na ang NT guards natin, alot of players who can be apart of the NT, each one has their pros and cons so its a good problem to have so its a problem na magiging stressful part ng job na ito. Now the bad side about the NT. Sobrang kulang pa rin tayo sa NT Caliber bigs. As we all know, the BB Game Engine has driven away from the typical big, mga high IS and high ID bigs, karamihan na ng bigs sa mga top 10 nations are SB bigs. In the recent salary computation mas naging mahirap na to build this kind of bigs, pero kailangan pa rin natin ng ganito. 2 bigs natin na si Fortunato Arcega and Rodante Castellano ay 35 na, ibig sabihin potentially last season na nila sa NT. I will be messaging players within the week regarding this in hopes to have more caliber bigs para sa NT natin.
Next agenda, ang NT ay dapat hindi lang iisang tao, ito ay isang community of players na dapat na nagtutulong tulong para mag grow ang Pilipinas NT. We have our trainees, we have our farms, but we need to have a group of people in help maintaining the NT. So in other words, naghahanap ako ng potential staff para makatulong sakin with the NT, it involves scouting teams/players, talking with the PH community and also training players them selves. Now for the season, we are all going to Macau for the Asian Cup. A lot of new names will be in our NT, alot may be disappointed with our choices, but please understand that this in view of the benefit of the NT. Our schedule will be as follows:
Week 1: Japan
Week 2: Lebanon
Week 3: Pakistan
Week 4: Macau
Week 5: Indonesia
Week 6: Scrimmage
Week 7: Saudi Arabia
We are in the same group with the hosts, they are strong but we should stilll be favorites to win the group. Our goal for this season is to hopefully get into the world cup.
