My proposal is to add another question to the Fan Survey, directly below the existing question regarding the team's results in the Cup. The question would ask fans to rate the team's performance in international club competitions, with their response subsequently affecting Arena Attendance.
When I played the game (S3–S22), I don't remember whether the BBM already existed, so having such a question probably wouldn't have made much sense back then. However, now that all teams participate in international club competitions each season, I think there is a good case for adding it.
This new line in the survey will measure how satisfied fans are with the team's results in B3/BBM and incorporate that feedback into the Arena Attendance formula, just as we already do with the team's Cup performance.
The new Fan Survey:
- I am pleased with the team's performance last season
- I am pleased with the team's performance this season
- The team had a good run in the cup this year***
- The team had a good run in the B3/BBM this season- The team played well in our last league game
- The team played well the last time they were on TV
- The team played well in our last game against ______, our hated rival
- I am familiar with the star players, and am not afraid that they will be transferred
- The general manager is doing everything he can to try to improve the team
jokeru suggested in a previous thread
(332938.1) that we should find ways to reward active users. I'm simply adding some substance to his suggestion by proposing something that goes beyond just logging into the website every day. It's another way to incentivize and reward meaningful user activity.
