That will require changing the current drafting system.
I don't hate the idea. In Hattrick there was such youth system iirc. But they never revealed the actual skills of the players. Instead, you needed to figure out what are their "current" skills by playing them and draw conclusions based on the performance rating they achieved in the game. So you may play a guy at the C position and they get 3* rating, then at the PG they get 2*rating, so you would conclude their inside skills are better than HN and PA for example. Also, I don't want the potential to be shown, that should also be "discovered" by the manager. So sometimes you may think you have an all time great in your 15 year old prospect, only to find out they were announcers once you draft them.


I get that...but would still be an interesting element imo.


Or…. It could just give you insights to draftees in draft classes. Rather than completely overhaul the draft system process. Maybe something like each country and division has their own separate “youth league and division”. That are normally bots and no one sees or hears or has access to them. But, when you do the youth team you join these leagues. And as an added incentive incentive maybe you can do team trainings only to improve stamina or ft of the prospects.

Point being- there’s options and ideas that could be had and done

What do you think about having a new "Arena facility" (I don't know at what price) that allow managers to develope a "G-League team". A place where you can develope young players and promote to the main team if there is an injury or play against bot teams on a cup game...

This idea can open a new strategic window in terms of salary management, training...

Adventage for bigger countries to even make more top players.

Is it fun for me to play in the Bosnian league with users from Austria, USA, Spain or etc? Hell no.

Imagine a guy from, lets say Italy, wins the 1st division in Austria, isn't that stupid to you?

Thats not the point, thats just an example.

Do people in Brasil want a manager from Canada to win the Brasilian title? I guess not.

In my country league, I do not want to play with managers from the rest of the world.

We have B3 and BBM for those things.
