Ah, I understand, you're not a rosbeef !!
Let me explain an ol' story of ours !
Every french knows that british, especially English, people call us Frogs ("froggies") cos' we eat frogs (we used to, but it's hard to find french people nowadays eating frogs). It seems that is only for english or british people.
(BTW, we call english "rosbeef", cos' they're red as everybody * knows.
* everybody = every french people, especially playing rugby**
** rugby = a sort of sport that NO non-british people, excepted french froggies, knows
PS : english soldiers were (IRL !) called "lobsters" by american people when it was war time (Independance war) ->
