allow garbage time option is not saved for nt game. is this expected behavior?

This was a bug, but it should be fixed now and the switch should work (for all match types, even NTs).

there is still a problem for NT. today i set up "allow garbage time: no", it was saved, but then the game indeed had garbage time

And it seems that for some it did work in example for Finland NT and u21 it worked.

So basically coach has preference for garbage time? That really needs to be fixed as most NT managers will use let coach decide I would imagine
