January 8 is last day you can use team
Players won't be put to transfer list right away and you will have some time to renew it if you change your mind even after that date.
As a supporter you can put players for up to 7 day listings, not 3
Player will get same training that he would had, if you still controlled team

Access to my second team was lost today. I managed to put all the worthwhile players on the transfer list. Overall, it would be more convenient if the second team were kept until the end of the season, because one of my national team players lost form due to the fact that I had to sell him before the official matches were finished.
