Very neat idea!
A few suggestions:
- what is the difference between the sale price and the first sale price? I would expect that the sale price should always be greater than the first sale price but I see for my team cases where the first same price is non-zero while the sale price is $0. Maybe that's a bug?
- I would love to see a few more details for each player row (many of these could be hidden by default, so that it doesn't get crowded):
- a link on the player name that opens the player page? ideally with a user setting for buzzerbeater.com vs .org.
- max player salary in the player's career
- age when the player was sold
- team draft order on that season (can be deduced from the player draft order of course, so probably should hidden by default)
- the cumulative weekly salaries paid while that player was in the team. this can be calculated from the player history page.
- Player position (PG, SG, etc)
- Max sale price in the player's career
- If the player was ever NT or U21 NT.
- It would be interesting to have a different "League Draft page" with a selector for the season number. On a related note, it would be interesting to come up with a few metrics that indicate how good a team is at taking advantage of the draft and display it there. Similarly an overview page for the top 30 teams based on world rankings.
