Damn, just let them die off.

Either hard-retire players at 50, or make retirement random from 40 onward, with the chance rising every year. No exceptions.

You can run a 3 player lineup in scrimmages, so thats a weak excuse ngl.

I like the idea of random retirement for players aged 40+. It will be nice to get info in the team news/headlines in the main page and in the player profile page that they will retire after finishing the season (you can still fire them if you want).
