People factually find interest in a place where all 2nd teams are directed, and the competition is insanely hard and you must be very good in BB to overcome it.
That will require changing the current drafting system.I don't hate the idea. In Hattrick there was such youth system iirc. But they never revealed the actual skills of the players. Instead, you needed to figure out what are their "current" skills by playing them and draw conclusions based on the performance rating they achieved in the game. So you may play a guy at the C position and they get 3* rating, then at the PG they get 2*rating, so you would conclude their inside skills are better than HN and PA for example. Also, I don't want the potential to be shown, that should also be "discovered" by the manager. So sometimes you may think you have an all time great in your 15 year old prospect, only to find out they were announcers once you draft them.I get that...but would still be an interesting element imo.
