Thanks for pointing this out, nicely caught. I have no idea, what has happened there, I must've overwritten the R15 with the stats from R16 later, for whatever reason

I now corrected this and you can see the best performances for R15 here:(329502.202)

final game: (138702262)

I must say I was little afraid of KKS, I thought he will play some normal defense or 3-2 so my look inside was not an option.
I was expecting smaller difference but maybe home court was main reason of such score.

If you check wagner stats from whole season you will see that KKS is strong, especially on defense end.

Now I am playing away :D , no high hopes from my side.
May the best win, same for bronze medal (y)

It's also sometimes interesting how scores against given group, say group of 3, don't follow "expected" logic.
For example:

- KKS was able to challenge VPO big time during RS (lost only by 2), while you had slightly harder time against them, losing 103-89 (by 14); some could present a theory that it implies that they have slightly stronger team than your team as they fared better against "the ultimate opponent" (however, it's only 3 matches we're comparing here in this example, so it's extremely small amount of statistical data, so it's not "statistically significant/reliable", or whatever is the correct term, already due to that

- however, to contradict previous assumption, you were able to beat KKS on a neutral court during Season 4 RS 84-78, so by 6 points (and both had one starter fouled out)

So this 15 point win of yours against KKS in Playoffs was bigger than I also expected, for the reasons you already mentioned - they're at the top 2-3 in many most important team stats-categories in HGL, especially in defense-orientated ones.

Good luck for both for the Championship match - both of you have very strong teams, so everything is possible!

Bronze match, on the other hand is another story. KKS - tomorrow a home team - actually were totally dominant against LMS during Season 4 RS, winning by 133-105. LMS predicting both tactics wrong didn't help their attempt in that match, but neither of teams suffered from fouling out in that match at least.

Add the away court (for LMS) to the equation, and consider that now KKS has 5 of their 6 most expensive players at game shape 9 (LMS has 2 of their 6 most expensive players at game shape 9, others at 8), so one could say that it'll pose a challenge to LMS side.
Both teams have so much quality in their roster though, that I wouldn't be at all surprised to see an even and very high quality match. Good luck also to KKS and LMS for the other of two last remaining matches on HGL Season 4!

Sorry, match was arranged a couple of days ago, I just didn't update schedule page til now.

Thank you Pihija and Monēta for your replies - match link has now been added to Playoff-post.

Preparations are all done and dusted, so it's time to start loading your fans to buses, so that Vatrogasni Dom (capacity 22000 spectators) will be filled to the max, and that additional arena with set up temporary screen will have to be rented for the fans that won't fit into the arena... ;D

I wrote post on a HGL main thread of Medal match results, to keep part of the conversation also on a main thread, and also because this is one of those essential posts of mine at the end of each HGL Season, compiling results of Medal games on that season.
That post can be found from here: (329501.232).

Once again congratulations to SventraCanestri (VPO), Paul George (RAJ) and Pihija (KKS), for Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, respectively!
