I got it, but with Utopia becoming unplayable with so many divisions, and so many users liking the idea to have 2nd team, some new solution will be needed anyway. The only necessary restriction is not allowing your 2nd team to be in the same country as your 1st...

Not saying that 5th division is unnecessary or whatever, havin 5 divisions in every BB country would be more than great. The issue are those with only one, and my point was that it would be much better to add 2nd divisions in those countries rather than 5th in utopia...

If this is the reason that "many users are against it" then I dont know what to say We are talking about destroying micro nations high potential players, and right now it is impossible to get a generation of 3 Montenegro high potential + good starting skills players... Ruining these countries players is useless, they are not a threat to anyone, cmon
