Because something already exists about it. If you go to Manage my team....


where? I cant find anythink like that. I dont want to play games against teams from countries I already have the flag from. No option to exclude them.

Hello

Maybe he is saying he doesnt want a repeat of flag attainment from the same nations again

For example if a manager has a china flag , he doesn’t want to play china again, it goes to the next nation flag he doesn’t have. More of a direct line of ungotten flags.
