It still just depends on your merchandise sales and TV Contract. once you go up in divisions, your TV Contract goes up as well. You can increase your merchandise by having players in the national teams or having players in your league leaders. Also having homegrown players helps. Winning Cup games and BBM/B3 games also matters financially. Plus most importantly, long term planning some teams could have a negative weekly if they've been saving long enough
