Not true.

Players you train gain the effectiveness of their new skills immediately during the course of the season, but their salaries only adjust once each offseason during the age & salary update, so within the season they're being trained you effectively get a better player at "less" salary because the salary hasn't updated yet. But once a new season begins, their salary will recalculate the same as any other player who received training within a season.

I wanted to give 48 minutes to my trainee player at todays match so i choose him main-backup-reserve, Follow Depth Chart and Let Them Play is chosen but "Allow garbage time" option disapears on league matches, i can set it on scimmages only. Because of score difference at 4th period coach ruins my plan, how am i supposed to give 48 mins?
