Yes, I can confirm. I tried some links randomly and they worked now. That's great news!

Edit: I quickly checked all the first round matchups and for me everything seems to be in order. As always, another pair of eyes going over it wouldn't hurt

Thanks for checking out those RS Round 1 matches - also to me everything on Round 1 seems to be in order. I haven't yet clicked on any other links though.

Now as I added match links to HGL schedule posts yesterday without being able to inspect them any further at that point, it will still be necessary to run another check either solely on schedule-posts links (is match time correct 15.30 EET DST for each game?), or to each and every box score post as well (however, I still don't see box score posts being completely corrected, so one round of inspections right now wouldn't complete the task).

Also while I haven't checked out each and every box score post yet again, like mentioned, I still notice many missing parts on box score posts, in this post that I updated a moment ago: (331391.62).

@all:
If you see your team on a list when clicking link above and still have unfinished tasks, please proceed with them ASAP because Season 5 starts in about 2 hours and we should have all the box score posts corrected before that, thank you.

I'll do everything undone (5 games but all have been checked and accepted by my opponents) tonight (in France).

OK. Please also change your wrong link on a match against WMO (played one hour too early).

all HGL managers:
As you all may have noticed, box score links not opening prior to match-issue has been fixed by BB, so we are able to start Season 5 normally, so all matches will count normally, that have now been linked to Official Schedule posts of HGL (match links have been taken from your box score posts, as usual).

There are still some problems with 8 out of 18 box scores, so please correct them ASAP if you know such problems exist, and/or see your teams' name on this post: (331391.62).

Now that the most critical work in terms of getting the Season start properly has been done, we can start to enjoy about one more highly competitive Season in HGL - I find that the average (and absolute, in the case of highest salaries) level of teams is high, so at least to me it feels that nothing comes easy. Good thing about this? Nothing worth fighting for comes easy, yes? :)

Good luck equally for everyone to Season 5, and let's keep the conversation flowing here on Official HGL Threads!

Yes!

While we have bunch of very experienced managers here, I'm not sure if this is new to anyone, but I'll remind you guys that you can view any HGL match live if you want. This is one of the easiest ways to make that happen:

Just note (and copy-paste) a match number from HGL schedule-posts to replace xxx in below address line, and copy-paste that address line to your browser:

https://www.buzzerbeater.com/match/xxx/reportmatch.aspx?realtime=1

So let's say you'd like to follow TRO-WMO live on the RS Round 1.
TRO-WMO match number is 139595296, so you just copy that in the place of xxx above, and that does the trick!

So in this example, the actual TRO-WMO link (that will be added to browser address bar) would look like this:
https://www.buzzerbeater.com/match/139595296/reportmatch.aspx?realtime=1

Note/explanation (from previous Seasons) on "power/value"-comparison by LennuK.:

I tried to think of other interesting parameters other than just salary and age, which would be interesting to monitor over the seasons. So, I looked into the relationship between the ages and salaries directly [...]
So, I looked at the parameter of top-8 salary sum divided by the top-8 average age to get a general parameter or a “power” ranking showing the salary to age ratio (in 1000$ per year of the average age), which could probably even be termed “value” of the players on the roster of a specific team. This by no means determines the actual value of the players in the top-8 of different teams, but is interesting to look at, when considering that a high salary and a young age are associated with a player that is actually valuable; hence the higher the described ratio is, the higher the “value” of a player would/should be. If you think such information could be interesting too, here comes the list of the HGL teams in Season 3 in the order of more to less “valuable” players in the top-8 considering their salary to age ratio.
