first of all, i can build a competitive step by step.
1. i can give quidelines to the managers who train u21 players
2. i have the intention to buy and train u21 players (personally) and i have a specific number of managers in Greece who could also do this, in order to make faster a strong team.
3. of course i will be always openmind to any other oppinion or cooperatioon in order to achieve the best for the u21.
