That may be true. A “high-end” NT would always have their top 12 players available, but weaker NTs would benefit from that as well.

To be honest, I think the big gap is not between the top 12 players themselves, but in the depth and resources to have many quality options available. It affects weaker teams much more when they miss a key player than it does teams like Spain or China, which usually have enough depth to compensate.

More Competitions for National Teams and for who are we doing this 200-500 managers?

It's silly because the majority of managers does not care about the NT at all.
And more competitions won't change that.

The best and most realistic suggestion made about national teams is, according me, to add an U25 team. It's very unusual to have a 25 year old player in NT so that makes sense. Moreover 22-25 is exactly 4 seasons, like U21, so it would follow the same structure and should not be too difficult to make for the devs. And finally that would allow to 98 additional users to manage a national team

In the suggestion thread please give me your insights on my last suggestion on this matter.

I agree with your suggestions +1.but I don't agree that injuries should not occur at all.
