Dear Montenegro community and players,It is an immense honor for me to express my desire to lead the destiny of your national team. I may come from Portugal, the land of navigators, but today my heart, my tactical mind, and my absolute focus are entirely dedicated to this nation of warriors.
Montenegro might be small in size, but it is a giant in soul. I draw inspiration from the resilience of your people who built the mystical Ostrog Monastery into the cliffs, the wild strength of Durmitor, and the timeless beauty of the Bay of Kotor to shape our team's identity. I want our national team to play like your land: unbreakable, proud, and impossible to conquer.
For this project to succeed, the real work starts off the court. I will be in permanent contact with the teams that own our best players, and I will develop tailored training plans to ensure our national team grows stronger and more competitive week by week.My commitment to you is total.
