Hi all, right now all but 3 first round matches (played on May 4) are confirmed through the box score posts. The games that are still missing confirmations are:
VPO-ED
WMO-TRO
BCR-ALA

I believe ALA and TRO are still missing a couple of games, so it would be great if these could be organized soon, so that we won't come into an awkward start of the new season. Thanks! (y)

There are still 1 teams that have failed to create box score post and provide match links:
ALA.

It's very awkward situation, and in worst case we'd have to interpret how rules would be enforced in this case, if not box score posts and links would be provided at the very least for the first Round of RS (or for instance, no box score post would be even created before start of Season).
Schedule remains the same from Season to Season, so this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone, that certain actions/tasks of match organizing process are required on each pre-season.

To make matters even worse, possibly not all threat scenarios are written/taken into consideration in rules currently, as far as what's the exact penalty of each breach/violation of rules, in terms of match with neither providing link, is that a forfeit loss for both, etc.(?). These fall likely into the category of what I've mentioned in the rules, as an added note which goes along the lines of "please follow the rules so that we don't have to start to enforcing new penalties".

Also, to make matters more complicated, are two things:
A) we (I) started this match organizing process a bit late this off-season
B) I decided (due to lack of time to create/establish Season 5 Threads earlier) that we start match organizing process on Season 4 Thread.

This seems to also be the case that some managers do not read even Official Thread's texts that I write, which everyone knows is a prequisite to begin with. (You can choose the Thread, and then select from the drop-down menu my user name, and then you'll see only my messages; easy way to minimize reading and keep informed on what's happening - if everyone would do that, we wouldn't be in this situation).

As an example, as it seems to be the case that ALA's matches are missing in many box score posts of yours, I've contacted ALA few times, but have received no reply. (It's dreadful situation, yes, as he has informed me of being interested in continuing in HGL).

We are in a rush, and let's let this function as a teaching experience on both ways;
I'd probably better start preparing earlier, and every manager should also take care of certain required tasks in time (which we can still achieve, if people do the required work, but there's no time to waste).

when I try to click Round 1 match links.
Based on BB communication (that you all can see), it's likely related to some problems with these server migration issues, because in Announcements-section (that comes up when you login to BB) BB mentions that they still have problems: "2. some boxscores are broken".

Nice... Is this something that can/will be fixed? If yes, when? If not, then reorganizing of HGL PU matches would need to be made.

It seems to make 'inspection process of box score match links´-process impossible, before they fix this.

Or do you guys face the same error message if you click PU match links?

EVERY link I have created (3 days ago AND this morning) say the same "Something wrong with your request..."

It seems we're having some serious problems.

As I mentioned, I had similar problems with accessing links HGL managers have provided. I just randomly tested about 40-50 links from several HGL managers' box score posts, and all only gave me this Oops!-error message.

Now my situation is this (and I'm afraid this could be same situation for all/many managers?), one match taken as an example:

I clicked my match vs. BCR on Round 9, on my BB schedule-page > it works.
When I do that same on BCR's box score post link, I get the Oops-error message page (just as demars and myself earlier described). Match number is same on both cases, so that's not the problem. (And no, I haven't been "accidentally" logged out by BB site's functionality/logout timer).

Can someone else as well (preferably multiple managers) please verify if they're having same difficulties that I just described?

These kind of things could be the final nail to the coffin in terms of being able to start in time (in worst case scenario, if links donn't/won't work, we're going to lose plenty of tokens, and have to postpone the beginning of HGL Season 5), because if it's still unclear to anyone, we are in a rush to get everything finished in time for Season 5.

Frustrating to say the least, but let's try to brainstorm this together, shall we? Is this due to BB server migration, and will it be fixed, does anyone know that?
(And like mentioned, when, if it ever will).

If my memory serves me, I used to have difficulties opening even my own 'match tactics'-link on Pickup matches earlier during this pre-season (after this recent BB server migration, in which 'known problems'-section they mentioned having found out there's problem with some box score links) when visiting my teams' schedule-page, but now functionality of such links on my HGL matches is fine for my own team (but I can't open any other link provided by any other HGL team in their box score posts).

In their latest announcement about 3 hours ago (that you see in first page when you login to BB), BB-Marin didn't anymore mention anything about box score links still being an issue, but only stated (among other things):

"The server migration has been mostly completed and the site is back online. Thank you for the understanding and patience. Feel free to report bugs and issues in our official discord, we will post a list of major issues here too, as we become aware of each one (and will start working on them ASAP)."

We are in a rush if and as we want to start Season 5 in time, hence the direct way of communication:

Still to this moment Alanurmon Rikkaat (ALA) has not created box score post for their team for Season 5.

They have been contacted, as I mentioned.

ALA has been online after my latest reminder on box score post, but no response to my message (or created box score post) - I don't know if matches have been properly created or not.

@all: it's 38 hours until the planned start of HGL Season 5. We need to step up our game a notch and finish strong, in order being able to get things done in time, so I ask everyone to make sure everything is as is supposed to be in terms of everybody having all of their Season 5 matches organized in their BB schedule.

Also, as many managers as possible, please try to click game links on other HGL managers' box score posts; do they work (or not, like is the case when I try to click them)?
