Thanks, and what is difference in skill points between A+ and A? (I know there is no exact number)

Some of these numbers are indeed quite old and not really close to reality anymore. Nowadays, for an 18 y.o. rookie it's more like :

5 Stars >2750
4 Stars: 2250-2750

Sorry I should have mentioned that the numbers I posted were from a similar project I had with the French community. We will continue it but the first results were something like this: (https://imgur.com/O6IVkhf)
