EVERY link I have created (3 days ago AND this morning) say the same "Something wrong with your request..."

It seems we're having some serious problems.

As I mentioned, I had similar problems with accessing links HGL managers have provided. I just randomly tested about 40-50 links from several HGL managers' box score posts, and all only gave me this Oops!-error message.

Now my situation is this (and I'm afraid this could be same situation for all/many managers?), one match taken as an example:

I clicked my match vs. BCR on Round 9, on my BB schedule-page > it works.
When I do that same on BCR's box score post link, I get the Oops-error message page (just as demars and myself earlier described). Match number is same on both cases, so that's not the problem. (And no, I haven't been "accidentally" logged out by BB site's functionality/logout timer).

Can someone else as well (preferably multiple managers) please verify if they're having same difficulties that I just described?

These kind of things could be the final nail to the coffin in terms of being able to start in time (in worst case scenario, if links donn't/won't work, we're going to lose plenty of tokens, and have to postpone the beginning of HGL Season 5), because if it's still unclear to anyone, we are in a rush to get everything finished in time for Season 5.

Frustrating to say the least, but let's try to brainstorm this together, shall we? Is this due to BB server migration, and will it be fixed, does anyone know that?
(And like mentioned, when, if it ever will).

If my memory serves me, I used to have difficulties opening even my own 'match tactics'-link on Pickup matches earlier during this pre-season (after this recent BB server migration, in which 'known problems'-section they mentioned having found out there's problem with some box score links) when visiting my teams' schedule-page, but now functionality of such links on my HGL matches is fine for my own team (but I can't open any other link provided by any other HGL team in their box score posts).

In their latest announcement about 3 hours ago (that you see in first page when you login to BB), BB-Marin didn't anymore mention anything about box score links still being an issue, but only stated (among other things):

"The server migration has been mostly completed and the site is back online. Thank you for the understanding and patience. Feel free to report bugs and issues in our official discord, we will post a list of major issues here too, as we become aware of each one (and will start working on them ASAP)."

We are in a rush if and as we want to start Season 5 in time, hence the direct way of communication:

Still to this moment Alanurmon Rikkaat (ALA) has not created box score post for their team for Season 5.

They have been contacted, as I mentioned.

ALA has been online after my latest reminder on box score post, but no response to my message (or created box score post) - I don't know if matches have been properly created or not.

@all: it's 38 hours until the planned start of HGL Season 5. We need to step up our game a notch and finish strong, in order being able to get things done in time, so I ask everyone to make sure everything is as is supposed to be in terms of everybody having all of their Season 5 matches organized in their BB schedule.

Also, as many managers as possible, please try to click game links on other HGL managers' box score posts; do they work (or not, like is the case when I try to click them)?

We'll try to sort this out somehow (in order to be able to start match inspection process), I still don't know how, but let's discuss about the options here on Official Threads..

Yes, I am getting the same message too for all games.

Has anyone listed it as a bug yet?

At least I haven't reported a bug yet.

As far as I can remember, they try to direct people to inform about bugs on Discord. (I can't take that route as I don't use Discord).
Likely there are other ways as well, but I have never reported a bug "in an official way", so TBH I don't even know the quickest/best route for that outside of Discord.

Perhaps BBMail to BB staff (Marin, Justin, etc.) would do the trick?

However, I have no doubt they still have tasks left to do regarding BB server migration, and likely pre-season also creates them some added workload (compared to regular season), so I'm not sure if BBMail to some/all of them is quick enough option to solve this (especially as it seems like it'd need some fix even after this has been reported, and I'm pretty confident this isn't the only thing they ought to be working on so response times might not be quick) - what do you guys think?

Perhaps one option would be to reach them through Discord (if some of us HGL managers use it?), or perhaps LA-LennuK. (BC Eos) could approach them on BB-Staff forum?

Those clicks don't work...

Thank you jokeru for your message, it's great to see also someone outside of our current HGL community trying to help us out!

I still haven't heard of a single (HGL or non-HGL) manager who would've reported that Regular Season match links on other teams' Season 5 box score posts work, so I'd be tempted to make an assumption that they don't work for anyone.

I'll add below a part of post that I wrote on Season 5 main HGL Thread, so that it'd now get as much coverage as possible, as we are in a rush:

For me they work that way, and that to me is the strange part.

It makes me think how links can be broken, as I don't think anything should've changed during BB server migration, and for instance:
- pressing basketball icon on BB text (post) editing window produces same kind of string of text, [match=XXX]
- going to tactics set up-page on my first HGL match (vs. LMS) produces same kind of text as usual: https://www.buzzerbeater.com/match/138830137/tactics.aspx


When I change that match number to typical box score link (*boxscore.aspx), it then produces a typical Oops-error message.
(In other words, when I open that match from my BB schedule page, it opens tactics/match set up-page > then when I replace text 'tactics' on browser address line with 'boxscore' I get the error message)

Speaking of which, can somebody please try to do the same experiment as described above so we could see if it's only me that this problem is haunting?

Thanks for reporting it (it seems you had done it earlier today), I just noticed your post (here: (331803.1)).

I hope they'd respond quickly.

LennuK. may still contact BB-Staff on Staff forums if he wants to/has time, to get even a better chance of a quick reply (and fix!) from them.

My links don't work too, for me it's because the migration, I think they will fix the bug later and the links will work

for me, no need to postpone, just waiting for the bug to be fixed and in the meantime, we will share the game results on our team's own box score post
