I think it does and also it make sense in "real life" because better boxing out by PF and C creates easy rebounds for the guards.

Does height matter for secondary training?

By secondary training, I mean the improvement of the HN, DV, and ID skills that occurs as a result of OD training


Usually yes, so does elastics.

There is exception in one on one training for height, unless they changed it recently

Hey there, is there somewhere a guide on trainings? I'm training my youngings but I'm wondering if there is a topic that goes more into detail on what is considered a good training plan etc.

I have a question about training minutes.

Right now I have a player with 40 minutes (in green) and one player with 46 minutes (in red) on the week overview page. Both finna train. From my understanding players with green minutes qualify for "full" training and players with red numbers dont.

Whats the deal here?

You are right about the colors. It is most likely linked to the age of your players: the first one is 27 or more and the second one between 20 and 26. Is that correct?
