On the opposite end of the spectrum. How old is too old to train? I saw a 27-year old listed with a pop arrow. Is that common?

How to train during off season? (If I have no playoff/relegation games). Can I get three games a week with scrimmages? Or should I just train free throws/Stamina?

That's exactly what I needed. I'm very interested in the maxTSP for lower potential levels as well (starter, star and allstar).
