Do you have put an important player on the TL without selling?

No one is put on TL after reset of season

It sounds like you're saying you fired 3 players recently. Maybe the metric doesn't only count transferlister or sold players but also fired players?

Edit: In general don't worry too much about this metric. It balances out with the other metric of "the manager is doing everything he can to improve the team", I bet that if one is at half a ball the other will be bigger than 2?

More important and easier to contorl to win your TV games and games against rivals and go far enough in the cup.

I voluntarily left the cup in the first round because I just wanted to focus on the season. I fired the three players in the first round.
After that, no players were placed on the transfer list or signed.
In the other skills, I have the following number of balls in order:
1.5
5
2
4.5
4
4
1
5
average: 3.5

I'm first in the group with only one loss. The only thing I've noticed that's different from my other seasons is that I don't have any players among the top in the statistics, as I rotate them. Perhaps this mechanism also plays a role? If so, however, the skill description "I know my players well" wouldn't make sense.
Another BB mystery that would be so easy to solve if only they'd post tables with the data.

No worries. Based on those I would give the following advice. Ignore the 2 bottom ones, those are not the ones you should try to influence too much.

Performance last season: 1.5. Nothing to do about it now, but since you relegated you're getting a big hit here. After relegation we often have to lower prices by quite a bit to keep fans coming.

This season: 5, you're doing great.

Cup: 2, you chose to lose in the first round which has this impact. It's a trade-off but generally I would say if you can get a bit further in the cup it will help this but also revenue.

last league game: 4.5, in your control and good.

last TV game: 4. This one sucks for me right now but is good for you. Always a good one to influence your fan's happiness.

Rival: Also 4. Same as TV, try to win your rival and TV games.

Last 2: ignore.

So in your case you're struggling because of 2 things that you influence but won't be able to fix anymore this season. Your relegation and first round cup exit. I know my local football fans also wouldn't be happy with the team if they relegated last season, are playing a league lower now and also lost the first cup round. Next season will likely be better though!

Just a quick question out of curiocity:why did you volunterly left cup?i mean first few opponents are bots and you get 50k for win.Maybe i dont know something and leaving cup is a good thing?

I NEVER had more than two balls in this category and I played for some time. I think this part is broken, I would love to see some information on homegrown teams and their stats ngl

I am playing a homegrown team and I do have 4,5 stars in that category. Most of my starters have been playing for my team for many seasons now, while one of the old draftees, now one of the stars of the team, I just purchased back at the end of the last season. So perhaps the fans really want their stars to be in the team for several seasons at least. I think there is also some randomness in the fan surveys, which also factors in. I'm actually not sure if I've ever seen 5 stars in that fan survey category, but I don't really pay much attention to it either, so I could've missed it at some point.

I decide to lose first round of cup because the game was vs not bot and I did not want some injuries. I want to promote and the cup is only a "risk" , and benefit is too small (50K for win).

On this skill, I had always 4 or 4,5 balls, in all seasons of the past. But, how I wrote, I never relegated in my life, only last season for the first time. May be the combo "relegate + no cup" has a 1 ball max for this skill.
