My experience in Buzzer Beater has given me a strong understanding of the game, its mechanics and what it takes to compete at the highest level. My first experience as Azerbaijan U21 manager also taught me a lot about managing a national team, making the right decisions and building a competitive squad.
Today, I feel ready for a bigger challenge.
I want to bring my experience, ambition and commitment to the Czech Republic, build a strong team and make the most of the talent available. I know reaching the top takes time, preparation and hard work, but I’m ready to give everything to make this happen.
