oh, this is even better. Are these coefficients up to date? I'm asking cause in a different question about skills vs salary you sent me a link to another thread about changes of the weight of JR (and I think it was RB) in the salary, which iirc is more recent than this thread from Joey Ka. I was wondering if they changed the weight of these skills in the potential formula (per positions) as well.

Hi guys,
i m new in this game and I have a question, is it better to draft an 18 year old player with a 4 ball rating and 5 potential with a B+ game rating or a 19 year old player with a 5 rating and 5 potential with an A game rating?

Because you're new getting optimal coaches, buildings and general training knowlege will take you some time. Extra stats that 19 y.o. will have might be more than you can train in a season as a freshie. So my advice take 19 y.o. worst case scenario he will give you some decent minutes.
