I just promoted to DIII and wanted to get some input on how I should adjust my arena prices and if I need to build up my arena more.
Also I have always had a level 1 PR Manager. Is it worth it to bump him up? and if so what level would you suggest?
Thanks in advance!

Out of curiosity, if you fire any of your current staff and don't replace them, what happens exactly?
Is the position then vacant or do they give you the lowest level just as you had when you started?

Bingo! You guessed right, the lowest level staff is the replacement of the fired staff
