From last weeks announcement:

Starting in Season 21, the salary floor will change for the first three divisions. First division salary floor will be 180% of the tv contract, second division will increase to 140% and third division to 100%. The other divisions will remain the same.

How much is the Division I TV contract?

In II.4 is it's $ 95 413 per week.

Yikes, those numbers have gone up since I was last in I.

Player Salaries: $ 111 297

I'm quite happy with a squad of Scottish players and training my own draft picks, I don't mind relegating again.

This change sucks. :'(

Depends on the country you're in. In Germany there were way to many guys tanking in Div.I - so I hope that with this change there will be more competition to stay in your league. You could keep your scottish players and buy another one with salary around 200k - and could help Scotland with that and you still wouldn't have to pay the minimum salaryfloor.

Fair enough i guess, although I don't see why you wouldn't be too bothered about relegating again...As we are a small country maybe the change won't be so dramatic here but I guess we will have to wait and see

That definitely won't happen - I'd much rather buy in several players to make wages up to the floor and be a bit more competitive.

I haven't bought any players for several real life years - will $53m be enough to buy a full team good enough to survive in I? (minus PG as I'm training a couple of youngsters)

I didn't like it the first time I was relegated, but after 2 or 3 times you stop worrying about it! :)

Also, I've won II.1, II.2 and II.4 now, I wouldn't mind relegating into II.3 to have a shot at the full set! ;D

You're rocking $53 million! You could load your team with superstars and have a go at B3 for that!

Yes, that's CRAZY. You could definitely win the championship this season and next season the B3 with that much money ...
