Hi everybody!
I'm an italian guy and I would like to be the coach of South Africa.
I've read a lot about training and I'm working as a scout of a U21 NT.
I'd love to help South Africa NT to become a great team.
My goals are: try to win the Africa Championship and help develop the better prospects.

Thanks everyone, vote me! :)

Hi South African Managers,

For those who dont know me, i am Bainsynator88, manager of Gisborne Gladiators from division II.1 in Australia.

I would like to nominate myself for the role as South African NT coach for seasons 21 & 22.

Some of you may have seen me about/heard from me in my role as assistant coach to the U21. I would like to think that my involvement with the U21 team for the last season would set me up well to running the NT for the next few seasons. Mainly because i have a knowledge of the players coming through the U21 system and have had the experience of working with U21 manager ezlife to develop tactics for the U21 campaign. Which proved largely successful for the U21 team, against teams who were significantly better on paper. i think this is largely due to the tactics used by ezlife and myself. Taking nothing away from the managers who trained the players and kept them in good GS

Another thing i have been involved in and would continue to be involved in as a NT coach is the development of the youth talent for the future of the team. Not only in terms of players, but also in terms of South African managers and the countries community.

anyway i am waffling.

so my goals as a NT coach would be:

- continue to aid ezlife in the development of young SA players
- continue to motivate and incorporate new SA managers into the community and game to develop the country
- and obviously to win the African Championships with the NT

Hopefully you guys see me fit for the job, however regardless i would continue my work with ezlife and the U21 team and continue to contribute to the SA community.

Thanks

Bainsynator88
