how do you make experience pop?
is it a function of number of minutes played or games played (regardless of minutes)??
and also, are cup and scrimmage games included in the count of games?

They have to do with minutes played, but I do not know exactly what. NT and U21NT games also help with experience pops and cups are part of the equation but i don't believe scrimmages are.

Minutes played. Cup yes and they are weighted more. Scrimmage no. Also playoffs are weighted more

my regular starters poped in experience 4th time each in 6th season, so more likely like 1,5 season per xp pop. also i noticed that my younger trainee has poped in experience 3times already while another one only 2 time, the only explanatipon can be that starter at game gets more experience.
