Hi, I'm Kronos, the new U21 manager of Moldova U21. I just wanted to open this thread for invite all to participate in the U21.

The next match is against Perú. I think it's superior to us in many aspects, the most clear example it's the inside game. They come from losing against Ukraine. So we will looking for the surprise, but with intelligence.

Hi, after the defeat against Perú, I'll try to explain my approach of the match. Perú is clearly superior, and I wanted to take advantage of the possible bad Outside Defense of his inside players, that's why I used Patient, placing Motpan, a exterior player, in the position of Center. Also Baldisor tried a lot of shoots.

We scored 91 points, that's not so bad, but we have a lot of problems in defense. In defense, I tried a 2-3 zone. I know that's defense it's not effective for stopping inside attacks, but I thought that the plus on rebounding will compense that. I predicted focus Interior, I thought the inside is his best attack. I don't predict the pace because I had concerns that he might use Low Post. Maybe I had to risk more.

Anyway, Perú scored 111 points, with really good percentages of annotated shoots. We need more defense.
But the past is the past, and the next monday we have the match against Cyprus. One of his best mens, (Psarras, PG), are in low game shape, but the rest of the team are okay. Our game shape are not the best, but we will try to win, like always!

Like always, I'll try explain our approach in the victory against Cyprus. Once again, we knew that Cyprus was better selection, but we think we had our options, if our interiors go out for shooting. We think Inside Isolation was the best tactic for this. Like the last match, we attacked very well, with almost a 50% of scored shots (Gurita Gurita...). In defense we suffered his interiors, but we had good reserves and we could hold on. Special mention to our 3rd quart.

We are very proud for this victory, but the monday we play against New Zealand. The All Blacks have a strong team, with a powerful center. Our games shapes are not the best, but we will train to win this match.

I want to communicate that I have a new helper, big james (135090) join me in this adventure, we prepare together the match of Cyprus and he will help me with the
U21 of Moldova.

hello guys! Im santiago, We had a very important win versus Cyprus but today we have lost versus New Zealand. Its a bad new because we thought that if we had won new zealand we would had options about passing that phase. We went with a motion and a 3/2 zone we used motion because we thought that they would have used the predictions and we were strong from outside and a 3/2 zone because if it had worked the balls wouldnt have come to his center who is their best player, we also put inside and fast predictions cause last game from new zealand they wen with a base offence because of the bad game shape of her center, and now with good game shape we thought that they would played inside. Our failed in predictions and our 37.5 percent in shooting took us down at least we have "stopeed" their center who just scored 14 points. We will try harder to finish that phase with 4/4 but that amount of victores make us impossible to pass phase so i think that our goal is to clasify ain the best 50 teams in the group. I would say that we need all your effort to make this a better national team, please improve the game shapes and never forget to train your players. Thanks to listening! Go moldova go!
