Hi all,

The aim of this topic is to keep a trace of the dedicated native trainers who formed our NT players. It's my way to say thank you to all of them and I hope it will gives us somehow an emulation between managers from our country.

How does it work? It's simple, let's say one player you've fully trained played on an official NT match during the month, you have earn 1 point. Hmmm, let's call the points "TY" (for Thank You) it's more in the spirit of the topic.

He played 1 or 48 minutes during the match doesn't change anything, it's the same value for this classification.

And if you have only partialy trained the player? Let's say you were in charge of 50% of his training, ok, simple, you'll earn 0,5 TY per match.

Each month, I'll update the classification (2nd post of this topic)

1st classification is there.

Thank you for your dedication but this classification is for native owner.

But keep your good work with de Sloovere as he's often in great shape.

Final S37 standing is there. Congrats to BigT for his 9.0 "Thank You". The past good work in the formation of De Sloover & Monnens paid off in NT.

The Gremlin is 2nd of the classification with his player M.Decant who played in all the NT match. M.Decant is by far our best inside player this season, too bad he'll be 33 years next year.

If I have to elect one MVP for this season, it goes naturaly to M.Decant, especially for his 5 stars performance against Portugal.

And our best rookie this season is C.Cassiers. He played only 3 matchs for the NT but it was 3 good matchs.

You can also give the points for DeSloovere and Monnens to Joe I just did what he told me to do XD
