A little question for GM-Kalebam :

Ik zal met jullie engels praten als mijn nederlands heel slecht is.

Right now I am rather happy with mplume's job, and I know how tricky it can be because I've done it for a very long time. So if you want his seat you'll have to convince me, amongst others.

What would you do differently to improve Belgium's ranking ? What is the greatest problem of our NT right now and what can you do to improve it ?

Thanks for your time !

Hi,

I can't know in advance the end result of our NT election but, as Joe has said, we can guess that it will be difficult for you to win it (yeah, I know my comment is a little bit arrogant but I can't find a nice way to say it).

We can see that you are motivated and it's a very good point. So I've got a question for you:

If I'm elected, will you accept to enter our scouting staff?

Honestly, I think the best way for a "stranger" to be elected at one of ours NTs is to be already a member of NT staff (benovic - our french U21 coach - is the perfect exemple).

That's a good thing to know that some managers are interested by belgian NT.

For U21, I faced a very known manager for the first election so I did not win. Now, I'm U21 coach because I was the only one to candidate.

As you said, fresh wind is always benefit adn you're right to candidate.

Our hardest task is to involve managers.
What's your opinion about the best way to involve them ?
