Good afternoon folks.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for giving me another chance to lead the NT for the next few seasons. I was determined to create stability for the NT and if you are willing to work with me, create some momentum of training and development towards the future. We have some holes in our team but I would like to work with managers to develop the new breed of NT players for the future.

Poll:  What would you like to see from the NT?

I went with developing new team, since im pretty much done with Wayne and gained alot of valuable expierence while training him, im down to train another NT star :)

This poll is a bit weird... Isn't your job to protect the NT ranking while we as club managers develop the players??? The idea that everyone over 27 is going to be dropped from the NT so that the current 24-26 year olds can have more experience when they are 30+ and (maybe) make a deeper run in the NT competitions (while overcoming a poor draw due to a bad ranking) strikes me as a little bit insane.

What about all the seasons that have been put into developing the 27+ years old players??? Thanks, but your time to shine is over before it had a chance to begin. That's kind of cruel - this is a game and getting a player into the NT represents success for a lot of managers who can't quite put a winning team together but love training.

If you want to do this kind of thing, run the NT as if it were a club with a 6 season plan - then run on it as an election platform next time - then everyone knows where they stand and what they are voting for. And I'll stand against you on a platform of picking the best players in the best game shape to achieve the highest ranking over the next 2 seasons.

I think you’ve swung to an incorrect conclusion based on the detail.

My efforts to develop a team would be to prioritise where possible gaining experience for younger players and work closely with training managers.

If I was to make this about just winning for 2 seasons then I will keep the old players on the team longer and use their experience at the expense of younger players.

Asking the community for their feedback on this is perfectly reasonable!

I agree, but that's not what the poll says.

You were elected for 2 seasons on a platform of stability. You're the perfect candidate for that - but then you really should let someone else have a go (not me).

Your poll seems to be fishing for a broader mandate.
If you're not looking to make a radical change, what's the point of the poll? The format of the poll calls for one answer, the options are not mutually exclusive. I could quite happily formulate a statement that easily includes 3 of those 4 options.

Scrap the poll, it's disappointing, disingenuous and discombobulating.

Oh quit being so dramatic and judgemental.

You know the team is in safe hands, i'm now happy to set the team up so that whoever comes in can get a 4 season run with players that are ready to charge for a win. And judging by the poll that is what the majority in the English community want me to do so hey, i'll crack on and ignore the critics who put words in my mouth that I never said...!
