Hello everyone

I don't know if it has already been suggested but... What if NT coaches could observe a player without having to add him to their roster ?
Depending on the circumstances, we only have 1 or 2 weeks to scout a whole bunch of players because of the TS reset. I think I'm only halfway and I already wanna quit my job... :')
But if we could have a second option "observe" next to "recruit", then we could scout at any time of the season without consequences on our TS, thus allowing NT coaches to have a real life at the beginning of each season.

Please help me get back to real life !

Yeah you're right.. Maybe I deserve it. :(
But, even with the almighty help of the new NT scout tool, I'm scared my family won't recognize me once I'm done with it...

Yes absolutely there should be the same kind of message if your player is only "observed".

About the TS management, I don't suggest to play a whole competition with more than 18 players without any impact on the TS. I'd just like to be able to update/discover a player's skills with no impact on my NT's competitiveness.

Scouting 1000+ players in one week all by yourself is not fun and has nothing to do with strategic skills

This is my long term goal. Too much time is wasted adding and removing a player from a roster. It should just be one button click and you get the skills.

I think there must still be a vision notice from an NT coach on one of your players..
Already in the past there have been accusation that NT managers have seen players from opposing teams out of contention for call-ups to the national team.
Hiding this thing would lead to an abuse of this practice..

Indeed no.. I think there should be a limit to this practice, because the coach of a national team would potentially have access to all the skills of any player of that nationality..
And for large nations (but actually of all nations) this would be a direct advantage over certain competitors..
So there should be a way to limit the thing to a certain number of views in my opinion.. it seems unthinkable that some user can create such deep databases.. but in the reality of internet nothing is so impossible..
