3rd consecutive away game, 2 against a div 2 team, was hoping for at least a home tie.....

:P Planning to go a little deeper in the cup this year, first time i've done so well!

I actually don't mind the age and the fact that they can't be resold. I factored in the decrease in skills with their purchase price. Frankly, 500k for a 50k pg is top end stuff. He'll anchor my team during iffy training weeks. Also, his arrival boosted my team rankings by 10 overnight!

As a side note, I drew jelenie in the next round... i wonder how he likes my 33 year old men... :P

i agree with you mate, if he's a solid PG with good OD and high experience (few people talk about this!) then he'll last some time either as starter PG or as back up depending what your training etc.

I think i might to dip into the market soon for a golden oldie too, i've got a winnable game this week in the cup and can completely understand why you would plan to fit the hole in the team this way to progress.

Only thing is this league is so strong, its tough to improve in gs, train youngsters, to complete in general and stay in the cup.

manu2008 must be your hero - i didnt see a CT coming on Team Fusio. A useful extra win for him though if he can win through his remaining games while building his enthusiasm up...

At least somebody CT'd you. I lost at Millwall with same effort.

My team is struggling at the moment - my two highest salary players have both been injured (1 still is) and I'm getting a lesson in how important game shape is, as I'm struggling to get a couple of key players up to strong+ and they are proving useless.

yeah this division has really ramped it up this season and we really have got a lot of strong teams, I think Los Miks are just too strong this season for the rest of us though but I like this league and the coaches we have in it - long live league II.3!!

Yeah I totally agree Fusio! This is a really tough division, and an active one! Looking at other League forums, there isn't one used as much as this one! <3 League II.3
