I have run the India U21 and Bolivia U21. Been hard to get elected recently as teams that never even post a speech seem to get votes from new teams that suddenly appear just before the elections. They must have a lot of luck! This has happened to me twice most recently in Vietnam.
I also got an Division I MVP but that sort of data is a little harder to detect.
