Bulak's injury came for you at the worst possible time, and changed your fate in the end. That's a really bitter pill to swallow, that's sure, but you were that close to staying in BBBL, you musn't forget you can come back very soon.

If you saved enough money during this season, you can try to keep the core of your team and be a major player in D.2, even if you lose some money per week, that's worth it if you're making a promotion run.

If I were you, I'd really fix that outside defense that has plagued your team the whole season.

I know it's no relief, but on my very first BBBL season, Revo's (now AZ) team was relegated despite some serious results : http://www.buzzerbeater.com/league/893/overview.aspx?seas... ; only 2 games won or lost between the 3rd and the 8th team.

@C3C : you're pretty happy Obira went for TS instead of hoping for HCA (which turned out to be a good decision) or yolymapa would be occupying that golden 6th spot :p But well done, I never thought you would escape it after the major sales you made. Hauling Verrotte in was a major move though, and proved extremely valuable, if you hadn't you would be relegated :p

OMG I hadn't realized the bold Asingratitos move to steal a play-off game to Eagles. That's rough, but I would have totally played that CT in takis' place.

I took a bet by playing TIE and i lost.
I knew it was a risk, but no regret however, i had a pretty good season with nice advancements of my trainees, and that was my number one priority. Now i'll have a very quiet inter-season period ending 5th. I think i will profit from it by enjoying the sunny weather

Good luck to all in the play-offs, it could be very exciting this season to see what will happen !

This was no bet but suicide
Well the referees also played an important role here with Urgun but this is also that you have to expect with playing against ASG

I know, i won't make the same mistake ever again

But, like i said, my trainees are my focus, not this season's playoffs.

But you're right, i certainly would have made the playoffs if i just played normal instead of TIE. And Urgun being fouled out at the beginning of second quarter didn't help either
The only reason i played TIE, was because i only had a chance against AmenRa if my TS was top notch you know. I dont want to play playoffs just to participate, but rather to win (ambitious spirit )

Well done Jona,

I didn't have high expectations for this game, and I had very favourable circumstances with the early injury of Pardo Gato (I'm glad he isn't badly injured btw), and a perfect GDP. I held as long as I could, but when Clemente was rules out for fouls there was nothing to do.

I wish you to go all the way !

I didn't meant to upset you. I just wanted to highlight how thin the line is between success and failure. Linkous may be upset against me because I didn't let him win his last game, but how fair would it have been to Sgolba and yolymapa, which I played at full strength ?

Besides that, this issue isn't of my concern : my only interest right now is train my next 2 stars Frans and Gaethofs, and to do so I needed to field my best starting five 2 out of 3 games. Only having 2 official games that week made math very easy. And I TIEd the game, as I said I would.

Anyway ; end of season for the Spartans, and there are way too many teams that are way ahead of us. With high prices and low quality players on the TL, as well as my excellent PF and PG being slowly overaged, things aren't looking good for the near future. I'm afraid playing to avoid play-downs is the only realistic goal. Or perhaps I keep Jacoby and Dabnys a season longer.
