Second Team:
Stamford Snow Leopards
BUT HOW DOES IT WORK
how can a 70tsp player be better than an 87tsp one? Is this the kind of mystery I can look forward to if I get the England u21 job? I'm excited.

The 87 has a lot of secondary or non essential PG skills (more of a combo guard or even SF type) vs the 70 who as a ton of PG skills. The formula I use would start the 70, just barely, and it would be match-up based. Not really mysterious sorry.

No need to post skills here. I can see his skills as U21 coach. Posting here only lets everyone see, including our opponents. Please edit your post to not show the skills.

At 6'4 Massicote has great inside skills, but will train them further quite slowly. I would give him some more OD and some 1v1 to up his HA HR JS IS

I would give Massicote and Hardy those outside skill pops now until Massicote caps, then because Hardy is 6'10, give him more inside training to make him a PF or inside oriented SF. For PF, he needs a ton of rebounding.

Again, please edit your post to hide your player skills. Hard for me to add someone to the roster when opponents can see the skills of. Just as bad as selling on the TL during the season and revealing the skills.

If you have specific training questions, please send me a BBmail.
