For me and just to clearthe situation:

The biggest problem in Belgium is that we have around 10 players in the U-21 database by positionwhen they are 18 years old. At the end of the season, 5 where correctly trained (well not correctly, I will just say trained). I'm already happy if 3 players can reach an acceptable level for the U-21 (acceptable is 20k when the player is 21 years old foe a SG and 50k for a C... wow what a miracle).
My biggest fear is that a manager asks also some advices to train his young talentfull player to an other coach and that this coach says "o you know it should be better to train A in place of B and on 2 positions in place of one" ... o yes the second position will train two guys who have more than 26 years old ... yipee!!!!

We have already a lot of problem to lead our team (NT and U-21) because in Belgium nobody want to kill his team for his country. In others lands, if they have Center with 150k as salary when he's 21 years old... it's not to help his team. (in Belgium we don't have even one player with 100k as salary ....)
I don't ask to do that because the first goal of this game is to train his team and not to help my U-21 team or the NT but if you give us some more problem ... I have others things to do than lose 10 hours /weeks (already 3 the saturday morning).

So YES it's a great idea to help the managers who want some help but don't kill the 3 little poor player that I will have to play "motion" in front of the army of shooters who play for my adversary.

I will put every manager that ask for help in this thread or a new one like you prefere and if there is 1 in the list that have a possible talent you can tell me about it. I'll make sure the coach he's getting will be notified of it! if We work together we can not have any problem on that fact or am I mistaken?

That wasn't my goal And it will never be my goal If you tell us that the manager have a possible talent for the U21 then I will make sure that the manager will be noticed about it he will from your way out and he will from the coaches way out. it has to be possible to build a team around a talent aswell and train the talent as good as possible.
We have to look everywhere what we can do to make the belgium leagues stronger and keep the U21 on a high spot in ranking :D

That's sure, look at my team :p

So if we work like that everything is fine, the only things will be to don't accept some managers the firts week of each season (because we didn't know the skills of his young 18 players ^^)

but if you give us some more problem ...

we don't, the one proposing the help through coaching also doesn't.

Help is offered. No more, no less. It is simply not right to hope someone will stay ignorant for long enough to have a player trained by his 21. If someone does it it should be because he wants to. Not because he doesn't know any better.

don't accept some managers the firts week of each season (because we didn't know the skills of his young 18 players ^^)

with all respect but I don't think you can demand such a thing. New managers will make the most mistakes in this early stage. If they want help, we must help them.
They can still choose to train the NT player for you and Joe if you find out he has one.
What are you planning? hey, don't accept new teams, let us check first, if they have a player we are interested in, don't accept him and direct him to us so we can shape the manager into training the prospect. This is not a good practice.
The good practice is: give hi, the coach as soon as he asks. Once you find out he has a prospect, inform him about the prospect and the ability to turn him in to a star player. Inform him about the choice he has to make: either try to improve his entire team, and try to climb the ranks, or train the NT player, climb the ranks, but maybe not as effective and especially in a less economical way but also get the honor of having raised a star.

As the road to the top is long, I think some will be interested to choose for the honor of the Nt player. But the important thing is they realy need to choose for it.

The alternative would be that managers instead of asking for a coach here, wil go and ask their questions and get help everywhere they can, and then you have NO idea who is getting external help or not.
I think it's way better that you are aware of which ones get help. It will ease your work if you can communicate with the coach he is appointed, and try to find out which way the manager wants to take.

I also repeat: if the manager isn't interested in training the player, you can also request to put him for sale. It will likely improve his team if he does, so it would be good coaching as well. I'm positive non-Belgian players might also be interested in training the player.
It doesn't need to be so bad as we might fear.

Standard each new team gets a welcome message from a GM speaking the language they selected. In that message help is offered. So the new teams are offered help right when they start out. A coaching system will only help them, and the game AND the NTs IF those managers decide to choose that path.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
